The process starts with a phone call. We'll explore what your family's unique needs, goals, challenges, and preferences are when it comes to finding your ideal caregiver. This allows us to set up the stage for a customized search for ideal candidates.
Registration and Agreement
Following the consultation, we invite you to Sign our Agency-Client Contract. Sit back and relax while we work our magic!
Candidate Search and Recruiting
Our team conducts interviews, meticulously handpicking from our network who we feel would be suitable fit for your family.
We send over their profiles and resumes, and you let us know who you are excited about!
Interviews
We facilitate interviews between you and the selected candidates according to your schedule, guiding you through the process.
Trial Period
Once you have found your potential dream nanny, we recommend a trial period. Seeing them in action will help deciding if the nanny is the right match and aligns perfectly with your family’s needs and expectations.
Employment Agreement
When you have decided on “The one”, we assist in finalizing the hiring process, taking care of negotiations and employment agreement between you and your nanny. Everyone signs and your journey with your nanny begins.
Ongoing Support and Check-Ins
After placement, Mini Me remains your reliable support. We will continuously stay in touch and schedule regular check in to make sure all your needs are met. Whether an issue needs to be solved or an additional guidance, we are here for you every step of the way.
SERVICES
permanent part-Time and full time nanny (live in/ live out)
A Part-Time Nanny is someone who works less than 40 hours per week and can be live-in or live out.
A Full Time Nanny is someone who works more than 40 hours per week and can be live in or live out.
A Live In Nanny is someone who will live in your home and have their accommodation provided by the family.
A Live Out Nanny is someone who comes to the familyhome.
Temporary nanny (live in/ live out)
Our Temporary Nannies have usually short term contracts (up to 6 months).
TRAvel nanny
A Travel Nanny is someone hired specifically to go on holiday with a family and is specialised in usually short term trips.

A Weekend Nanny is someone who provides childcare during the weekend.
